Items are usually shipped within 1-7 business days of order being placed.  Some items are shipped from a trusted warehouse that we have partnered with to ship out items.  This cuts down on ship times, cost and offers more inventory.  If multiple items are ordered, they may arrive in separate packages if they are shipped from different warehouses.  Please allow 7-14 days for some items to be delivered.  Larger furniture items may take additional time to arrange trucking and delivery instructions.   At this time custom leather furniture takes approximately 8 weeks to be made.

We want you to love your goods from Flying HT and we understand that sometimes items just don't work out & a return is needed. Notify us within 5 days from the tracking delivery date to let us know that you need to return your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping fees may not be refunded. We will refund you when the items are received. Please address returns to:

Return Policy

Please inspect your order immediately, if items are wrong, damaged, or defective at the time of arrival, let us know ASAP so that we can make it right.

We may not be able to exchanges items due to them selling out quickly, so we recommend ordering your replacement item immediately.

We may deny return if it is damaged or late. All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, & in new condition, void of odor, pet hair, make-up, and must still have the original tags attached.

All items that have been worn, dirty, or have had the tags removed will not be eligible for refund and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Furniture and Home Decor items are not eligible for return.  If item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.  

** All sales are final on sale items, custom orders, furniture, home decor, undergarments, and earrings.

*Christmas orders (items ordered between November 1st & December 24th) must be postmarked by January 15th.

**A 20% restocking fee may be charged to a customer after 5 returns in 1 calendar year on online orders.

Please note: Handmade items may vary in color and are made to look distressed. These items are perfectly imperfect, this gives then character and makes them unique & truly one of a kind.
